1. Types of spousal reunion

The annual salary requirement in Shenzhen has been adjusted from 40000 yuan to 8200 yuan

Attention: During these 4 years, if there is a interruption in tax records or if the residence time does not meet the standard, the working hours need to be recalculated.

5. High level talents

Policy requirements: Foreigners who meet the recognition criteria for high-level foreign talents in the Guangdong Free Trade Zone can apply for permanent residence in China after being recommended by the Municipal People's Government/Guangdong Free Trade Office.

Their foreign spouse and minor children can apply together.

(Example: Foreign talents who hold the position of deputy general manager or above in high-tech enterprises can apply for high-level talent recognition)

This type of application can enjoy a green channel: relaxed conditions, shortened time limits, and simplified materials.

6. Foreign doctoral policy requirements: Those who hold a doctoral degree and work in Guangzhou can directly apply for permanent residency in China.

Their foreign spouse and minor children can apply together.

Latest information: A pure foreign doctoral student applying for a Chinese green card in Guangzhou needs to work for at least one year to meet the requirements for application;

A pure foreign PhD applying for a Chinese green card in Shenzhen has no working hours requirement, but must provide a work contract for 3 years or more working in China.
