·Outstanding graduates who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above from the top 10 universities in the world;

·Graduated from the top 200 universities in the world in the past five years with a Ph.D. in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) under the age of 40;

·Young talents under the age of 40 engaged in postdoctoral research in domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, enterprises, and medical and health institutions;

Tips:

To be included in the Shanghai Foreign "High Precision and Elite" Talent Recognition Standards (Trial), a Class A "Foreigner Work Permit" can be applied for throughout the city. Those who meet the conditions can apply for a maximum of 5 years of work permit.

02 Application for B-class "Foreigner Work Permit to China" for outstanding foreign university graduates

Graduates who have obtained a Bachelor's degree or above in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) from the top 500 universities in the world and are engaged in work related to their professional fields.

Tips:

Class B Foreigner Work Permit can be applied for throughout the city. Those who meet the conditions will be granted a work permit with a validity period of at least 3 years at once.

03 Application for Class C "Foreigner Work Permit to China" for outstanding foreign university graduates

Foreign students studying abroad

Foreign students who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above from universities in Shanghai and plan to work in the "Shuangzi" and "Lingang" areas, Hongqiao Business District, "Five New Cities (Jiading, Qingpu, Songjiang, Fengxian, and Nanhui)", and employers listed in the "Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Career List".

Excellent foreign students who have obtained a master's degree or above from universities within China and plan to work in Shanghai.

Foreign graduates from overseas universities

Excellent foreign university graduates who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above from high-level universities abroad and plan to work in the "Shuangzi" and "Lingang" areas, Hongqiao Business District, "Five New Cities (Jiading, Qingpu, Songjiang, Fengxian, Nanhui)", and employers listed in the "Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Career List".

Excellent foreign graduates who have obtained a master's degree or above from high-level universities abroad and plan to work in Shanghai.

Intern from China, France, and Germany

French interns must meet the requirements of students from both universities (including vocational and technical colleges) or graduates who have graduated for less than one year; German interns must meet the requirements of both universities (including vocational and technical colleges) who have completed at least four semesters of higher education or graduates who have graduated less than one year.

Tips:

The graduation period for foreign students and foreign graduates from overseas universities has been relaxed from 1 year to within 2 years.
