A：Usually a national certificate of non-criminal records must be issued, usually at the police station of your home country, and the general process of Chinese embassy authentication is as follows:
Notarization; Certification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs；authentication by the Chinese consulate abroad(the process varies slightly from country to country).
