Participants should be domestic postdoctoral personnel or those who have already left the station, as well as domestic and foreign doctoral researchers and their teams who plan to enter the station for postdoctoral research, and possess the following conditions:

(1)Be able to propose clear solutions to the needs, with clear ideas, feasible technical routes, and authentic data.

(2)There are clear expected goals and corresponding technical indicators, as well as reliable project completion years and schedule arrangements.

(3)Having legitimate and independent intellectual property rights, without any intellectual property disputes.

(4)Participants can be individuals or groups of multiple individuals for joint research, and there is a clear cooperation mechanism within the team.

(5)Employees of the requesting unit or postdoctoral fellows are not allowed to participate in the unveiling of their unit's required projects.
