On December 22, 2022, the Hong Kong SAR government announced the "Hong Kong Innovation Science and Technology Development Blueprint", which clearly stated the need to strengthen the synergy between industry, academia, and research innovation, deepen cooperation with mainland innovation and science, and promote Hong Kong's "new industrialization". At the same time, Shandong Province issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a Strong Province in Science and Technology in the New Era" in November, which also clearly stated the need to strengthen scientific and technological openness and cooperation, and comprehensively plan new opportunities for scientific and technological openness and cooperation.
On February 21, 2023, the "CDA", on behalf of the Hong Kong Macao Association, participated in the "Shangdong Hongkong Technology Transfer Center Bidirectional Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exchange Conference" organized by the China Japan South Korea<Zibo High tech>International Innovation Center with the theme of "Technology Innovation and Talent Gathering". This event is not only a two-way communication between enterprises to solve their innovation needs, but also a witness to the unveiling of the Zibo Preparatory Office of the China Doctors Association. The landing of the Shangdong Hongkong Technology Transfer Center, a collaboration between our association and iMakerbase in Zibo, Shandong, means that our association will be based in Zibo and assist in the transformation and upgrading of Shandong enterprises.
