The school attaches great importance to the construction of postdoctoral research stations and the training of postdoctoral fellows, and has established a relatively complete system for postdoctoral management, assessment, incentives, and services. There are 9 mobile stations including Chemical Engineering and Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, Environmental Science and Engineering, Business Administration, Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics, Computer Science and Technology, Civil Engineering, Pharmacy, etc. In recent years, we have received over 17 million yuan in funding from various levels and types of postdoctoral fellows, trained a large number of outstanding postdoctoral fellows, and received multiple special grants. The school continuously optimizes the postdoctoral training mechanism, strengthens the investment in postdoctoral support, and further expands the scale of postdoctoral recruitment. In 2021, the university issued the "Implementation Measures for Further Strengthening the Construction of Postdoctoral Teams" at Zhejiang University of Technology, and launched the "Super Postdoctoral" program with extraordinary training mechanisms and unexpected support, vigorously promoting the rapid development of postdoctoral teams.
Basic requirements for postdoctoral recruitment:
① Obtained a doctoral degree, with excellent academic performance and good physical health, under the age of 35;
② Having a certain academic level and professional ability, meeting the recruitment requirements of mobile stations and cooperative supervisors for postdoctoral researchers.
Post doctoral recruitment position types:
In order to adapt to the different career development plans of postdoctoral fellows and meet the different needs of outstanding talents, tailored positions for "super postdoctoral" and "discipline postdoctoral" have been established.
① Super Postdoctoral (A1 type, special funding) is mainly aimed at doctoral graduates who have graduated from well-known universities or research institutes at home and abroad, and have strong innovation ability, great development potential, and high comprehensive literacy. After entering the station, they mainly engage in basic research in cutting-edge fields or interdisciplinary fields.
② Super Postdoctoral Fellow (A2 type, jointly funded) aims to deepen cooperation between the university and the local area, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and meet the construction needs of local research institutes. It recruits outstanding doctoral graduates who are interested in engaging in technological innovation and serving industrial upgrading. After entering the station, they should work full-time in relevant local research institutes of the university.
③ Each secondary unit of discipline postdoctoral (B-type) recruits postdoctoral personnel mainly engaged in scientific research work according to the needs of discipline development and scientific research work, as an important supplementary force for young talents in the school. There are two types: B1 type (pre station teacher evaluation) and B2 type (post station teacher evaluation).

Salary and benefits: ① Postdoctoral fellows enjoy the same pension insurance, medical insurance, housing fund and other benefits as teachers during their tenure at the station; ② Excellent scientific research achievements or selected for the "Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program" when leaving the station, accompanied by incentive assessment allowances; ③ Collaborative supervisors may provide additional allowances and support based on the postdoctoral work during their tenure at the station;④ Postdoctoral fellows will stay on campus after graduation, and the school will provide a housing placement fee of 600000-800000 yuan.
Green channel: ① Smooth retention channel, direct access to the on campus training system, and strive to create a full chain and full cycle career development and training platform for "postdoctoral, young talents, and leading talents"; ② Support postdoctoral fellows to participate in the evaluation and appointment of senior professional and technical positions during their tenure at the station; ③ Encourage postdoctoral fellows to engage in scientific research cooperation and exchanges with domestic and foreign research institutions and relevant teams from universities during their tenure, while retaining the original benefits of the university.
Other policies: ① Postdoctoral fellows generally stay at the station for 2 years and can apply for extension based on their research situation; ② After postdoctoral fellows enter the station, their children's household registration can be moved with them, and they can enjoy the same treatment as teachers in our school when they enter kindergarten or school; After leaving the station, the spouse and children's household registration can be relocated according to the policy.
